Last In Concepts is arguably the most distinctive restaurant company in America.  Each of its five concepts is fresh, fun and original, from Walk-On's Bistreaux & Bar — voted ESPN's Best Sports Bar in North America — to the beer-infused pizza crust served up at Schlittz & Giggles.

Founded in 2003 by LSU basketball walk-ons Jack Warner and Brandon Landry, Last In Concepts has grown from its original location across from the LSU campus to 10 restaurants in Baton Rouge, Lafayette and New Orleans.  The chain includes Happy's Irish Pub – "where Happy's girls make happy boys;" The Roux House, an energetic live music venue; and Walk-On’s Catering, a fifth concept driven by the popularity of its namesake’s unique Louisiana menu.  Additional growth lies ahead, as the company expands on its winning combination of delicious, affordable food and drinks presented in an uncommonly warm and friendly atmosphere.
